DIY Monday: Homemade Lunchables | The Rays Of Sunshine
Love the idea of a "grazing tray," that kids can help themselves to all day (with a variety of healthy fruits, veggies, etc.) I would leave it inn the fridge & she could help herself when she feels like a snack. I have yet to try this, but grazing throughout the day is so much healthier than large meals & designated snack times.
This should probably be pinned on my "yummies" board BUT I think these are some great ideas for lunches for my boy...easy for daddy to make:)
Project Lunchbox: 30 days of homemade, unprocessed, healthy lunches. Has a link to a PDF that includes all the meals. great for summer for kids while home, too makes it easy for them to grab lunch when they get hungry; this and snack boxes including frozen ones with homemade Popsicle from yogurt or fruit juice are really handy to have around... make a week's worth on weekend with kids to help
Im sorry, I get annoyed when I see things like this... really? 4 slices of cucumber? what are you going to do with the rest? I mean even if you have 4 slices for lunch until its gone you're still going to waste at least half of the cucumber, they don't stay forever you know, especially after you cut it.. Let's be practical in of pinnings shall we?
