    , made this soup tonight and made the following changes. Sautéed 2 sliced carrots, 1/2 small yellow onion, 2 diced celery sticks, the 2 cloves of garlic and added the spices with salt and some white pepper. Then I added the cooked white beans and chicken stock to the sautéed ingredients and toped it off with the spinach. I omitr

    Will definitely make this again. I made do with chopped frozen spinach and think fresh spinach would be better. Still, we liked the flavor and found this meal to be very satisfying.
