PD's Old-Time Beef Stew. This is a fabulous recipe for thick, hearty beef stew that is on the table in just a couple of hours. Tender beef and perfectly cooked veggies ... with a surprise ingredient that I know I'll be using every time I make beef stew from now on! I think I found a new favorite stew recipe, friends!
Ground Beef Hobo Stew - Yields 6 to 8 Servings VH - What a lovely soup! I didn't use cajun spices or the worchester sauce, I just added chili powder (instead of the cajun spices) and it was likely! I had people over to help me eat it all! I also added 2lbs of ground beef (from the family farm) and a whole 28oz of diced tomatoes. MmmmMmmm!!!
