Beef stew.......This was really good. I used green beans instead of peas and added a little extra ketchup. Only thing I would really change, is to cook it for close to an hour more than it called for. Otherwise the meat won't be tender enough.

This is one of my favorite stews to make. The sweetness of the stewed tomatoes really gives it a nice flavor and the tapioca makes the sauce rich and thick.
