"Fill Your Bucket" Behavior Management Plan. In love!!! This is so sweet! This could be my new class competition... And the wheels turn. What do you think @Lauren Weakley?

Love this idea for behavior! I've thought about something like this (noticing/rewarding positive behavior) for awhile

Bucket fillers make behavior management a breeze.

Have You Filled A Bucket Today?

    My New Behavior Reward System

love this touching: She had tears in her eyes and said that her daughter was so excited that so many friends “filled her bucket”.

I made my buckets with clear plastic solo cups and then hole punched them and made a little handle from glittery sparkly wire stuff. The kids decorated, cut, and glued the front of their buckets. If you have a cabinet like this, I have an idea for you!! I bought cork board tiles from Target (4 for $1) and then stuck them up here and now I can staple to the wall without damaging the cupboard. Yay!

The Sharpener that all the teachers are talking about. It was even made by a teacher...The blog also has a description of her pencil management in her classroom, very clever! I SERIOUSLY need this!!!! JUST GOT THIS-IT IS AWESOME!

My new behaviour management system this year. "Warm fuzzies"! The clear cups will give continual visual feedback.

A great first week of school read aloud to introduce correct behaviors.

    fill someone's bucket

Behavior Clip Chart... this is perfect for the fish theme in my classroom

    Paint bucket stools

FUN Hallway Behavior Management Idea. Before you leave the classroom pick a chip with a students name but don't tell who it is. They are the mystery walker and you are watching that student the entire time. If they do a good job in the hall, they get a ticket or prize.

LOVE THIS!! Not only will it fit into my tiny classroom, but it is Kindergarten appropriate. Instead of writing out what the child did to fill a bucket, he or she just adds a pom-pom. We can work our way up to writing, but this is a way to start "Bucket Filling" at the beginning of the year with my little ones. I am so excited! :)
