    A "better me" is about getting more active to stay healthy and strong, not about looks. Though I prefer to see a fit, strong woman than a lot of the other extreme beauty ideals, how you look is never as important as how you live. :)

    Core strength is really the goal here. Skinny you get in the kitchen, but ab strength requires a little bit of work.
