Sea Salt Caramels Dipped in Dark Chocolate - Since the ingredients don't contain gluten, this qualifies! Two Bits of Advice: 1. Use a large pot, like a spaghetti pot, or you'll have to change pots or give up. These need lots of room to bubble up in! 2. Lower the temperature 2 degrees for every 1,000 feet above sea level. I'm at 5,000 feet msl, so I used 230 and 236 degrees for my bench markers and the candy turned out great. (We actually had to hide it, so we wouldn't eat it all!)
