I drink a cup of mushroom tea everyday.. but not the kind you're thinking. Chaga mushroom tea. Chaga is incredibly beneficial to your health in so many way, unfortunately I have no clue where to  buy it because i'm lucky enough to harvest my own right in my own backyard!:)
