Red Thai Curry Sauce

Red Thai Curry Sauce - We made this for company. 5 STARS! The 3 TBSP of brown sugar was too much. I will only use 2 next time. Served over rice with broccoli and thinly sliced yellow peppers that were sautéed in olive oil and lots of fresh garlic. I used crunchy PB and an extra TBSP or two of it since I didn't have crushed peanuts and it turned out beautiful.
