my version of the deck of cards workout inspired by Carrie Underwood: Shuffle the deck and split it in 1/2.  Choose an exercise from each category for the first half of the deck and another exercise for the 2nd half. (i.e. cardio = jumping jacks / mountain climbers, abs = reverse crunches / superman, legs = squats / leg raises, arms = pushups / tricep extensions)  Jokers = you pick the exercise! Take a break or take a challenge and do 60 seconds of zumba or step ups : )
