Harvest Minestrone With Quinoa & Kale. I made this  and it was delicious! I added 1 hot Italian sausage (chopped well), 4 cloves of garlic instead of 2 and I omitted the green beans. From start to finish (including cooking time) it was an hour. Worth it! I will freeze the rest for another meal. 5 stars!
