Take string cheese cut it in half and wrap it in a wonton wrapper and freeze. Then bake at 350 degrees until wonton wrapper is golden brown. You have to freeze it first otherwise the cheese will melt faster than the wrapper can cook. 3 sticks: 145 cal 13 carb 4 fat and 13 protien.. yumm
