Apple Cider Vinegar has been known, for generation, to help with problems like Acne,allergies, achy joints, athlete's foot and so on. Drink 2 Tablespoons dilluted in 1 Cup of water with 2 Tablespoons honey(for taste) and see a difference in anywhere from 2-5 days. Just found out it helps with fatigue and fibromyalsya. 74 uses for vinegar. Got some and a book on uses of it also. They have other books by this "Bragg's" also I didn't know about. Ones' on breathing correctly. That doesn't sound to impressive but you would be surprised on how proper breathing can effect your health and well being. It's helped me over panic attacks Literally ~!~
