GREAT GIFT IDEA: "My dad recently turned seventy and I wanted to do something special for him. I printed postcards on cardstock. I gathered addresses for seventy of the important people in my dad's life: family members, old classmates, dear friends and all his grandchildren. Included in the envelope was a card explaining that it was dad's birthday, and that they needed to send the postcard back sharing their funniest memory of him. To make things easy, I pre-addressed and pre-stamped the pos...

FUN!!! Mail a cake. Doing this for birthdays, you've been warned.

What an awesome idea for a birthday! In this case, her father was turning 70, so she printed 70 cards with numbers 1-70 on the one side and making a postcard on the other. Then sent to 70 important people in his life to write a message and mail back to her dad. Super creative and thoughtful!

*Happy Mail* Clear Stamps. I want to make stationary like this.

I'd rather wait for months than seconds for my beloveds' message. The penmanship, the smell of the paper, the folds and creases - handwritten letters are far more precious and lovelier than screen-texts.
