    If your worried about them being unhealthy just don't frost them. Im going to have to make these for the fall festival this weekend but maybe with a different icing something pumpkiny.

2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies - spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin, baked at 350 for 13-15 minutes, until edges start to golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on your baking sheet. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. Frost if desired.

    I used to make this when I was on Weight Watchers and made cupcakes...another good 2 ingredient combo is Cake mix & a can of soda. So many different variations!

    My 8 y/o just made these and liked them very well. I think they really would be even better as a mini-muffin; just because I'm not crazy about a cakey cookie. Either it's a cake or a cookie. These are very good, however, given how easy they are to make. Because my husband I are both working to lose weight, we'll skip the frosting.

2 INGREDIENT PUMPKIN COOKIES- 1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin - 1 box spice cake mix Preheat oven to 350° Mix your pumpkin and cake mix together in a medium bowl until there are no more lumps. -Drop by rounded tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. -Bake for 13-15 minutes, until edges start to golden. -Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on your baking sheet.

Pumpkin Brownies ■Brownie Mix (18.9 ounce box of your favorite, I used triple chocolate) ■1 (15 ounce) can organic pumpkin pureé ■1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips How-To 1.Preheat the oven to 350F. 2.Cover a 6″x10″ (or 9″x9″) with parchment paper. Set aside. 3.Combine the brownie mix and the pumpkin. Pour into the baking dish. 4.Bake for 30-35 minutes.
