"Baked" apples in bag (microwave). Quick and easy snack when you're craving something sweet but want something decently healthy.
I've been dieting for a little over a year and have just hit the 50- pound total weight loss mark! One of the foods I've relied on to get me through those "got to snack on something right now" moments, has been APPLES, and lots of them. This looks like a great thing to try!
