1 container (6oz) Greek yogurt (any flavor). 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned or quick cooking oats. 1/4 cup fruit (any kind, fresh or frozen). In container with tight cover mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. When ready stir & eat!

Adjusted recipe for higher yield: 2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 cup applesauce, 5 eggs (mix before putting in with other stuff), teaspoon of vanilla Keep banana til cooking phases and put thin slices on raw side once pancake starts to bubble. Flip and cook for another minute.
