Don't waste $ on expensive 'crackle finish' paints, good ol' white school glue works! Instructions: 1.Paint wood surface with base coat paint and allow to dry thoroughly. 2.Brush White Glue on top of base coat. (A thicker coat results in larger cracks - apply a thinner coat for fine cracks.) 3.While glue is tacky, brush on top coat. 4.Dry completely.

Add a little whimsey to your Christmas with this hand painted and lettered Christmas and winter sign on recycled pallet wood. The sign has a wire hanger that I have attached some bells to. It has also been sprayed with acrylic sealer. The sign measures approx. 3 1/2 x 17 . This sign is very rustic and were very roughly cut so the edges are rough and it is recycled pallet wood to the texture of the wood is rough as well.
