Greenberry Hill English politician and justice of the peace Sir Edmund Berry Godfrey was found murdered on October 17, 1678. His body had been left in a ditch on Greenberry Hill in London. Three men were arrested and tried for the crime. Their names were Robert Green, Henry Berry, and Lawrence Hill.
Witch Stone, Forres, Scotland ~ Local lore says that this stone is actually the broken remains of a witch executed here centuries ago, for foretelling the death of King Duncan. She was rolled down a steep hill (you can't see it, but it's behind the stone and back a bit) in a barrel full of nails and this is where her body landed. There were 2 more witches also executed this way, but I am not sure where their stones/bodies are today.
The Duvall sisters. Conjoind twins form the 30's after they were seperated from each other by crainial surgey which left one of the twins horrible disfigured and the other quite beautiful. The bond between the girls was so strong that swore never to show their faces in public in light of the fact that the after effects of the surgery gave them freedom from each other and left them alone in a cage.
This house is said to have been abandoned in 1913 in Cape May, New Jersey after the mother and father murdered their five children. The motive for the brutal murders has never been determined. Afterwards, their farm and property was turned over to the Township and has since been a vacant shell of its former self. People report paranormal activity here regularly.
Belle Gunness ..In the early morning of April 28, 1908, the Gunness farmhouse burned to the ground.
