    If you tie the bones with cheesecloth, you won't need to strain the boiling hot broth later. Just put the bones in the center of a square of cheesecloth, bring the corners and edges up into a bunch, and tie with kitchen string (or a strip of cheesecloth that you cut off.) Easy
