Baked French Toast from Annie's Eats. She says it takes only 10 min of prep work the night before and no extra effort in the morning to have this special breakfast with your family. What a great way to start off a weekend!
Pumpkin French Toast Bake Part 1 Ingredients •3 1/2 – 4 1/2 cups 1-inch bread cubes (depending on type of bread) •7 large eggs •2 cups milk •1 tsp vanilla extract •1 1/2 tsp plus a dash or three pumpkin pie spice and 1/8 cup of brown sugar •1/2 cup pumpkin puree •3-4 tablespoons brown sugar for topping •nuts, like pecan or walnuts (optional)
Alrighty, so I am a HUGE fan of French toast, it is just THAT good. Who would have ever thought of making french toast in CASSEROLE form? Well I wouldn't have in a million years, but this clean eating genius has and it looks amazing.

Nutella French Toast with Strawberries.. very good. I used peaches instead because they were in season. My one mistake was using regular bread. Try to find a harder bread like Italian rather than loaf bread. it's sorta soggy.
