    Water Hope's 5k, 10k and Half Marathon @ Briones Regional Park, Orinda, CA : Saturday, September 22, 2012 WaterHope is pleased to announce our 3rd Annual Walk the Walk Jerry Carry! Participants can now choose to walk or run a 5k/10k or half marathon. So if you’re a first timer, walker, runner or a serious athlete there is an option for you! Come out and join the fun at beautiful Briones Regional Park in Orinda, CA, as we strive towards a better future.

    Week 1: Run one minute. Walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week. Week 2: Run two minutes. Walk one minute. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week. Week 3: Run three minutes. Walk one minute. Repeat six times. Do three times a week. Week 4: Run five minutes. Walk two minutes. Repeat four times. Do three times a week. Week 5: Run eight minutes. Walk two minutes.
