Korean Beef and Rice Recipe | Made this for dinner tonight 9/1/15. Followed the complete directions (just didn't cook ginger into the beef I cut big pieces and took them out at the end). It was quick too...I'd def. would make this again!! You have to have the scallions!!!!! It adds the right touch to the dish! Ingredients 4 Romaine Lettuce leaves, 6 slices of nitrate-free turkey, 4 slices of avocado (about 1/4 of a avocado) Instructions Wash & dry your lettuce.
