Owl cheese ball - Form your cheeseball into an owl shape. Use toasted almonds as feathers, chopped pecans for the head and sides, American cheese for the eyes, carrot coins for the pupils, and whole almonds for the horns. Cut a triangle from a carrot coin to make a beak. Cut short carrot sticks for the claws.
Frosty the Cheeseball - cream cheese+ gorgonzola+finely shredded Monterey Jack. Make 2 balls roll in more shredded cheese for "snow" effect. Cut tip off real carrot for the nose and pieces of black olive for eyes and buttons. Use two trimmed sprigs of rosemary for the arms. For the hat use a biscuit cutter on the thin german pumpernickel or rye bread that comes wrapped in cellophane and is a little moist.
