you know what? I'm gonna heft my wiggly butt up and start doing this daily. I think I could manage it...

I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

for the 60 minutes on Saturday, I may make Chris and Maddy play badminton! that junk burns calories...and is TOO fun

I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that

Work your legs to rock your leggings. been doin this for a couple of wks and you can feel ur buns getting tighter every week:)

Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). Ive done this workout a few times on days where life gets hectic and its hard to schedule in the gym. No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

.I love these type exercises because they actually fit my life style. I could actually hold my kids and do it at the same time..win, win!
