MaMa's Supper Club Tilapia Parmesan ~ Don't use as much of the "cheese mixture" next time. I made what it called for and spread all of it evenly over the 7 pieces of tilapia. That was too heavy for such a light fish. The flavoring was great though, a light taste, but a heavy coating, if that makes sense. And cook a lot longer than it says, or try broiling next time.
