Great advice in this pic! If you want to add a calorie blaster do this.... In-between each set that you do hit 20-30 jumping jacks. Depending on your fitness level you can do more or less if you wish. The key is to keep your heart rate elevated. Don't do this every day though, remember BALANCE is the key!
