Simple, but I always forget that this is so much more effective then a 30 min job on that god awful treadmill. Cardio Workout: Treadmill Pyramid Intervals -

    just did this workout this morning and it was harder than expected! The speed is not too fast, but when you only get a minute of recovery at 5.0, it makes you feel like you are pushing it the whole time.

A short and sweet workout you can do anytime. I really like these types of workouts. :)
