EJ's Simple Oven-BBQ Ribs.  I loved these ribs!  Very easy to make, very tasty, and tender..  One note on the rub . . . I made two racks so I cut the rub recipe in half and had plenty for both racks. On the cayenne I actually quartered the amount and there was still a good amount of heat so those who are spicy intolerant might want to leave the cayenne out altogether.
