A really yummy 100% raw low fat (no oil), low sodium sauce is easy to make. Just blend a bunch of organic heirloom tomatoes with 1-2 sun dried tomatoes, half a stalk of celery, 1 or 2 dates, a few sprigs of basil & spring onion and lemon juice to taste. Marinara Sauce made in processor. So good and huge flavor! Doubled recipe to have leftovers. Added Italian herbs. Left out oil because sun-dried tomatoes were packed in oil. Served with zucchini noodles. Tossed blended sauce with artichoke hearts, sliced mushrooms and black olives.
