Creamy Parmesan Tomato and Spinach Tortellini Soup: I followed this recipe VERY loosely, yet the result was delicious. I cooked diced garlic, carrot, onion & turkey sausage in oo + italian spice till cooked. I then added fresh homemade bone broth (chicken), some veg broth & high quality tomato sauce to taste. Add some refrigerated cheese tortellini along w/ lots of fresh spinach & parsley. Simmer & sprinkle parmesan on top. Yummy! Next time I'll add more veggies & lv out the sausage. RM
