This pictures shows what the flowers look like at the Bangalore Flower Market in Bangalore, India. Bangalore is India's third largest city and even though it is large, I does not have many tourists that wander through, except when the flower markets are open. People make time to take pictures, make garlands, and even make hairpieces.

Bangalore, India May 2007 1st day in country and I rode in a Rickshaw and I thought I was going to die!! wow...2 suggested lanes of traffic made into 6 with no significant traffic laws enforced...a ride I will never ever forget!!

Bangalore, India. you just don't see huge status being produced anymore...

came across this big fight btw bangaloreans and non natives. I am of the opinion that outsiders (that includes me) wherever we go, should always respect local culture and language, rather than imposing our own. Every where in this city you can see outsiders looking down on native people even without realizing that it is their land you are walking on../ I feel guilty sometimes to be a part too.
