Crunchy Coconut Chicken Strips- Cut 2 breasts into 8 longs,toss in curry,salt,pepper and cayenne. Flour with same spices, then beaten egg, then coconut. Carefully fry for till golden.Dip: blend each mayo and honey, pinch curry, juice and bit of hot sauce.
