Yogurt drops. Such a simple, cute and healthy snack idea. Pipe out drops on a parchment lined cookie sheet (I have a non stick mat and used that) and stick it in the freeze, once they are frozen, slide them off and put them in a air tight container (or ziplock bag) and store them in the freezer, otherwise they will melt. When you want a healthy, quick, refreshing snack, snag a few out and enjoy

Set the oranges in the campfire coals for 20 minutes. The cake bakes right in the oranges and is very moist with a tinge of orange flavor... We do this every year at camp!!

Okay. I'm not a fan of artificial banana-flavored anything(even my banana pudding recipe has vanilla pudding in it, NOT banana), but this looked really good so I tried it. It was super easy and actually really yummy, even with the fake banana taste of the pudding. I was thrilled to see a recipe for a Boston cream poke cake on the blog as well. I'll be trying it next.
