We made these over the weekend. So good! We couldn't find the right cornmeal so we did a mixture of regular cornmeal and corn flour we found at a mexican food market. I also made my own sazon de goya, but you can find it at the mexican food markets.

This is my mom's recipe, she never measures when she cooks so it was a bit tricky getting her measurements right.
