    Cornmeal Biscuits. This recipe has replaced my old standby (lovely) biscuit recipe lately. They are perfection every time! I like to freeze half of the cut out biscuits on a wax paper lined cookie sheet - bag and date them once they're frozen. Barely adds any baking time from a frozen state. If you can see chunks of butter in your dough, you will not be disappointed when they come out of the oven!

Stuffed poblanos. Broiled poblanos first then used a rice, corn, cheese, and black bean mixture to stuff with plenty of ground cumin and coriander. Really good. Ro-tel tomatoes make an excellent sauce.

Want a late night treat and dont want to eat the assorted chocolates you dont like. Take graham crackers, smudge the chocolate onto the cracker, place half a marshmellow flattening it over the chocolate. Have oven preheate to 350 for three minutes for chocolate to melt. Turn on lo broil to brown marshmellow. Place top graham right after removing from oven. My special recipe. -Maggiemaysmores

Applesauce Muffins! These are actually really moist and delicious! Not sure exactly how much fat is taken out by using applesauce instead of oil...but I feel like they are healthier! :D
