1st Day of 3 Day Refresh 6/24/14, Workout last night was first day of PiYo. Since we got instruction during our live workout in Vegas with Chalene Johnson we skipped fundamentals and did Define Lower and Sweat. I'm so sore already, omg!! Also, first day of 3 Day Refresh done!! It went pretty well. I want hungry, food was awesome, want tired or low on energy. Weighing in now...loss of 3.3 pounds for DAY1!! I really do feel better already...
