Pizza crescent rolls! These are great!!! I made these last night, 1/2 a cheese stick, two slices of pepperoni, one crescent roll. 160 calories, 8grams protein, 10 grams fat. Great with some marinara sauce, GREAT in the kids' lunch box. No mess! Make sure you fold up the sides/ends so the cheese doesn't leak out. Grace & David loved them!
Need to use GF Pizza dough-Pizza Bread Recipe 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or what ever cheese you like); - 2 table spoons of parsley flakes; - 1/3 cup olive oil; - 1-8 package of pepperoni; - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Mexican Pizza: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add in taco seasoning. Drain if needed. Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Lay one tortilla on sheet. Spread with beans, then, with meat. Cover with second tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread top tortilla with salsa, then, top with cheese and desired toppings. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted completely. Cool slightly before cutting.
