35 random acts of kindness - this is amazing and would be a good idea to do with your kids. On a birthday do a random act of kindness for each year they have lived. Meaning if they are 8 do 8 random acts of kindness.
Time Out Jar. The goal is that when they are feeling out of control, they shake the jar, then sit and watch the glitter settle in the water. When the glitter settles, they can get up. A more positive spin on time out. Adults can use Time outs too.

Extra chores for when kids are naughty, whiney, tattle-taling, etc.what a great idea. Maybe call it the consequence jar, have white papers for older kids and pink for younger ones! Be great to also have a rewards jar for extra good behavior!
