Irish Soda Bread - I'll have to try this to see if it's good. Not sure since it has neither raisins nor caraway in it, nor a "sugar crusty" (all my favorites have those)
Irish Brown Bread - PERFECTION. I used buttermilk and also regular whole wheat flour instead of stone ground, so I was worried about it being too dense. I also used a 9x5 loaf pan instead of the round pan. Still, I think it came out great, tastes just like the stuff I fell in love with in Ireland.
