Lime & Coconut Chicken. This recipe is incredible. The combination of spices, fresh lime, cilantro, and coconut milk give this dish tons of flavor, and it's super easy to make!!
Hot Artichoke Dip 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 packet of Onion Dip Mix 2 cloves of garlic (I love garlic, but you can reduce this if you want) 8 ounces sour cream 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup parmesean cheese Preheat oven to 350* Mix all ingredients into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes After baking, place under broiler for about 3-5 minutes to give it a nice, golden brown top. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, wheat thins, veggies (carrot sticks, tomatoes, broccoli, etc)
