Pete the Cat loves books! For our weekly Creative Kids hands-on project tomorrow, each child will create their own Pete the Cat using a step-by-step drawing method to contribute to a banner to encourage other kids to finish the summer reading club! We will have other Pete the Cat activities as well. Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 15 at the Johnson Road Library. 2-3 p.m. Grades K-5.

A great little poster, based on the If You Give a Mouse a Cookie book. And, as every parent or caregiver knows, this is very, very true!

Seriously!?! I want this. Actually, I want two. {one for the house & one for the classroom} On another note, too bad our children have outgrown this sort of party because this mom put together a STELLAR Pete the Cat themed party! I might just throw one for myself next May! :D
