During our final quarter, my students create new vocabulary & writing activities for each other, and the best ones become actual options. They can now create an App (for their phones or iPads) that is named after their vocabulary word, they have to describe what the app does, and they have to write fake user reviews.  Brilliant! Ultimately, he provided a world news channel, a nature channel, a commercial, a late-night comedy special, a commercial, a sports channel, a horror movie, and a scene from the "Stick Idol" talent competition.
