Cashew Cookie larabar! 1 cup raw unsalted cashews 10 medjool dates, pitted (or 1 cup of regular dates) pinch of sea salt (optional) Pulse in blender, form into bars and store in airtight container. Makes 6 bars. I bet dried Apricots would be an awesome addition.
