A great summer writing entry from one of my 8th graders. My students are required to add 10 notebook entries over the summer break. Mr. Stick often makes an appearance: http://corbettharrison.com/Mr_Stick.html

7th grader Rylee--finishing her self-chosen nonfiction book ("Six Days in October") this last week--used a SpongeBob theme for this week's worth of words. Vocabulary Collecting award received! My vocabulary resources online: http://corbettharrison.com/Vocabulary.htm
6th grader Dontae wins a "Vocabulary Collector of the Week" award with this set of words from "The Eleventh Plague," which I think I recommended for him from the class library. My vocabulary resources: http://corbettharrison.com/Vocabulary.htm
