Crockpot Italian Chicken....I just love crockpot recipes..so nice to just leave it all day and have dinner ready without a lot of work in the evenings. My  Verdict: It was ok...we didn't love the taste, pretty rich and a little "fake" tasting.  I might add some milk or something to tone it down.

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff I made this yesterday for dinner and it only required minimal work from me before I left for work in the morning and after I got home. It makes a lot of food and its not expensive. It tastes so good with the quality beef instead of hamburger also. Jason and I were big fans of this so it will be added to our meal rotation. I tweaked the recipe a little and added quite a bit more cream cheese as I like my stroganoff creamer and thicker. Enjoy!
