An Allard Special driven by Ken Hutchinson in 1937 with a Lincoln V12 Engine. After the success of the Allard Specials in "mud" there began a demand for repeat production until the beginning of WWII. Production ceased and Allard was involved in repairs of Ford Trucks and Jeeps. With left over parts when the war ended Allard begain reproducing cars, this time with a lower street chassis and aggressive front grills.
