    If you were going to make this then I would put grommets in the sides. Those cut holes holding the string in will rip fairly quickly.

    Yes I do think the top is cute, but I did think about the holes ripping easily as well...(that would not be good)....so that's a good idea.

Cut down the side of your tshirt and tie it at the bottom. This site had a few other cute tshirt conversion ideas.
