This recipe did NOT turn out like I expected it too. It was rubbery and watery.not the creamy dip I was expecting. Save the Caprese flavor experience for fresh screwers or a pizza. Hot Caprese Dip: a variation on the traditional cold caprese salad.
Caprese Dip: Get one large log of fresh mozzarella, cut it into cubes. Take one package of cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the cheese. Take a handful of fresh basil, slice it into strips and dump on top of the tomatoes.

This sounds great! 7 layer dip Mediterranean Layer Dip Spread-Hummus across bottom of shallow dish. Layer with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted red peppers Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with whole grain pita chips.
