spagetti squash pad thai- YUM --- Made this tonight Substituted cashews/butter for the peanuts/butter, tamari for the soy sauce. I ended up using rice wine vinegar b/c there really isn't a great substitute. It turned out REALLY great! Definitely a keeper!
