    Really not difficult at all, and taste better than the store bought ones. The key is that rest period for the dough to for the gluten.

4 Star...Hoisin Pork with Rice Noodles. Yes, yes, yes. Terrific recipe, terrific taste, will definitely make again. Marinated about 4 hours and cooked in marinade.
